Your photos or ours? Choosing a content production model
How the Client-Provided Content and Complete Content Production models work, and which one suits your business.
Good social media needs good photos and videos. At Social Square, there are two ways to get them.
Model 1: Client-Provided Content
You share photographs and videos of your business, products or services. We handle content planning, graphic design, editing, captions, scheduling and publishing according to your package.
This suits you if you already have decent product photos, you or your staff can take short videos on a phone, or you want to start with a smaller budget.
Model 2: Complete Content Production
We coordinate scheduled photography and videography sessions through our production resources. The content is then edited, planned and published by Social Square.
Sessions are scheduled in advance. Where your package includes it, there is one session each month.
This suits you if your business is visual, such as a restaurant, salon, hotel or real estate project, or you do not have time to create content yourself.
Tips if you are providing your own content
- Shoot in daylight, near a window or outdoors.
- Hold the phone vertically for reels and stories.
- Clean the lens and the background before you shoot.
- Send originals, not screenshots or WhatsApp-compressed copies, where possible.
